Fellowship or lab Liverpool, United Kingdom
Run by BBC Comedy with Liverpool City Council's Film Office (LCR Production Fund)
Growing out of the 2026 BBC Comedy Festival in Liverpool, this scheme wants a returning half-hour sitcom from writers who come from or live in the Liverpool City Region. A writer cannot apply alone: the pitch has to come through a UK production company with TV comedy experience. Five projects get script development.
