The Czech State Audiovisual Fund pays screenwriters directly to write the first draft of a Czech feature fiction film. Each project can receive up to CZK 200,000 toward the writer's fee, and the fund's council has pledged to support at least three debut writers in this round.

- Who can apply
- Only screenwriters writing the first draft may apply. The film must be a Czech audiovisual work and a fiction feature over 60 minutes with no first draft yet. Student exercises are not a priority. Work on the draft may not start before the application is filed.
- Prizes
- Up to CZK 200,000 per project from a total of CZK 3,000,000, paid in one sum within 60 days of the decision. It may only pay the writer's fee for the first draft, or co-writers' fees.
